The call time for your student to begin preparation for the recital is:

SM: 2:40p

(Your student should be on site for practice and seating assignments)

The start time for your student's performance is:

SM: 3p (Enter through the front gate)

Itinerary

• Welcome 

• Instrument Demonstrations and Solo Performances (15 minutes)

• Ensemble pieces (10-15 minutes)

• Orchestra song performance

• Band song performance

• Conclusion (2 minutes)

• Refreshments (Snack Item and punch)

• Dismissal

Attire

Students should wear ALL BLACK (Feel free to add a splash of Winter, holiday, or cultural attire)

New music students joining after November 27th will not participate in the recital, but we encourage new students and their families to come enjoy the show and refreshments.
